At Anandira, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests raised within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused, unwashed and unworn.
All original tags and packaging are intact.
The product is returned in its original condition.
A valid proof of purchase is provided.

Free Returns

No return handling charge applies to approved eligible returns. Anandira will coordinate reverse pickup where service is available at no additional charge.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.
Items returned without original tags or packaging.
Products altered after delivery.
Gift cards, where applicable.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size issues, subject to stock availability, and for confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect products. If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or receive store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please share your order number along with clear photos or a short video of the product and packaging. After verification, Anandira will arrange the return or replacement at no additional charge.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and passes inspection, the approved refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Prepaid-order refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

Return Shipping

For approved eligible returns, Anandira will coordinate reverse pickup where service is available at no additional charge. For confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect products, Anandira will arrange the return or replacement free of charge.
